1 General Provisions

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Specific rules apply to financial transactions on babu89. All deposits and withdrawals are processed under the following conditions:

A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the full bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; the wagering requirement in this case is ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

• babu89 Weekly Reload Gift: 30% of deposit, up to ৳10,000; wagering 20x bonus; minimum deposit ৳500; once per week.
• babu89 Slot Festival Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 25x bonus; minimum deposit ৳500.
• babu89 Cricket Josh Offer: 40% of deposit, up to ৳12,000; wagering 18x bonus; valid during cricket events.
• babu89 Birthday Reward: up to ৳2,000; wagering 10x bonus; once per year for verified accounts.
• babu89 Refer a Friend: up to ৳1,500 per successful referral; wagering 12x bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can never be withdrawn directly. Only winnings earned after the wagering requirement has been met will be withdrawable.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the terms of a specific offer state otherwise.
• babu89 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled.

5 Betting and Gaming Code of Conduct

All betting and gaming activity on babu89 is governed by a defined code of conduct. These rules are in place to ensure fairness on the platform and equal opportunity for all Members.

• All bets must be placed with real money or from an applicable bonus balance.
• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error has occurred.

• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Game Results

Results for all games and sports bets are determined automatically in accordance with set rules. Any objection to a result must be raised with the support team within 48 hours via live chat or email.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The babu89 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback on net losses applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses, which is total losses minus total winnings for that week. For example: if a Gold Member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. Moving up to a higher tier depends on a Member's regular activity. All decisions regarding VIP benefits rest solely with babu89.

7 Privacy and Data Protection
